2. Financing Partner

All loan applications are endorsed to:

Asialink Finance Corporation

Loan approval, credit investigation, loan terms, interest rates, and final release are solely determined by the financing partner.

Autotrend does not control nor guarantee final credit decisions.

3. Vehicle Coverage

We assist in financing for:

• Brand-new vehicles only

• All major automotive brands available in the Philippine market

• Nationwide dealership coordination

We do not process second-hand vehicle financing unless otherwise officially stated.

4. Geographic Scope

Our services are available nationwide within the Philippines.

Vehicle release will be coordinated with the authorized dealership nearest to the client or the dealership offering the most favorable discount.

5. Payments Policy (Important)

Autotrend Autoloan Services:

• Does NOT collect any loan payments

• Does NOT receive downpayments

• Does NOT collect monthly amortizations

All payments must be made directly to:

• The authorized car dealership (for cash-out or vehicle-related payments)

• Asialink Finance Corporation (for loan amortization and financing obligations)

Any individual requesting payment on behalf of Autotrend should be reported immediately.

6. No Misrepresentation Policy

Autotrend Autoloan Services:

• Does not operate as a scam or fraudulent entity

• Does not engage in overpromising approvals

• Does not offer unrealistic guarantees

All loan approvals remain subject to:

• Credit investigation

• Document verification

• Financing partner evaluation

7. No Low Downpayment or Zero Down Offers

We do not offer:

• Zero downpayment schemes

• Artificially subsidized bank promotions

• Unrealistic “no-document” approvals

Minimum downpayment typically starts at 20% of SRP, subject to dealership and financing policies.

Our computations follow standard cash transaction principles.

8. Approval Disclaimer

System approvals are preliminary assessments only.

Final approval remains subject to:

• Complete document submission

• Credit verification

• Final review by the financing partner

Autotrend is not liable for loan disapproval decisions made by the financing institution.

9. Limitation of Liability
